Why career coaching?
Whether you’re dealing with specific workplace issues or have career questions you’d like to explore, most of us can use a little help now and then. A friendly, knowing ear that understands and can help guide us as our needs grow and change — as they eventually do. Or as things around us change. And that’s where career coaching comes in.
Even a career or job that once fit us well may not be working anymore. But rather than seeing that as a bad thing, the good news is these moments can also bring new ideas and opportunities. Ones we never before imagined or dared look for … until now.
In any person’s career, there are times when things begin to feel off-balance, even if you’re not quite sure why. Questions start to arise. Your inner voice whispers something has to change. But try as you might, the answers just don’t come.
Is it a new job? A new career? A re-envisioning of your current career? Maybe it’s something you can change right where you are. And a good career coach can help you figure that out.
On your own, it’s not always easy to get past mental blocks and old patterns that leave you feeling stuck. That’s when a little extra coaching support can help get you to some answers — or simply help give you the boost you need to get “unstuck.”
One of the greatest satisfactions I get as a career coach is being able to support you through challenging times. Helping you find answers — and even the right questions. These times can also be wonderful turning points. When the real you is itching to burst out of a wrong job or career. And beyond the limited picture you have of yourself!
As an experienced career coach, I do my best to listen objectively and provide support and feedback based on your personal needs. Together we can sort out and plan for what you really want, and which actions — even small steps to start — can help get you there.

PLEASE NOTE: It would be overwhelming to answer career or job search questions privately for non-clients. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please feel free to ask your question in a related topic on the blog. I’ll do my best to respond.
All fees (PayPal or Chase Pay / Zelle) to be received before the actual session. Sorry, no exceptions.
While I cannot guarantee specific results, if we decide to work together, I’ll do my very best to help get you on track for your goals. Or simply be there for you when all you need is someone to listen and support.
But I want you to know there are no guarantees — only sincere, personalized coaching support and encouragement, so you won’t have to go through this alone.

CAREER COACHING RECOMMENDATIONS
Paul D., Career Development Coach
“Ronnie Ann is an outstanding career development coach. She’s one of the best career coaching professionals I have met and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with her as part of my own career journey. Whether coach or coachee, my demands are simple: plans are clear & effective; the coaching relationship is based on growth, learning & trust; goals & progress are motivational today and as far as the eye can see. In my experience Ronnie Ann delivers all this and more, which is why I have no hesitation recommending her as an insightful, talented and visionary career coach.”
Kathleen N., Non-profit Manager
“Ronnie Ann worked with me as a coach during one of the hardest times of my life. After giving my all to an organization I helped create, the Board decided to get rid of me. I was devastated. I can honestly say that it was Ronnie Ann who helped me see this for what it eventually wound up being, a chance to create something new in my life. She was supportive and caring through the entire ordeal and because of her business background, she understood the organizational aspects of what I was going through, even helping me through the end stages so that I could leave with my head held high. Which I am proud to say I did! I will always be grateful to Ronnie Ann for her gentle guidance through a truly life-changing time.”
Marielle M., Publishing Website Producer
“Ronnie Ann is clever, encouraging, and inspiring. She has tremendous insight into the struggles of getting (or keeping) a job in today’s corporate atmosphere, and applies plenty of tools and talent toward helping you find your true calling amid the chaos and distractions of everyday life. She gives great advice and makes the situation you’re in, whatever it may be, seem manageable, helping you find solutions you may never have considered on your own.”
Louise A., Founder Intentional Communication Consultants
“I’ve had the pleasure to work with Ronnie Ann in a number of capacities and her dedication, attention to detail, empathy and wit have never wavered. Apart from her extensive business and non-profit expertise, Ronnie Ann’s clients can expect a deep commitment to their needs and a willingness to bring new, creative resources to every interaction. I followed her (previous) successful blog, Work Coach Cafe, closely and even with “strangers” Ronnie extended herself to offer high quality information and insights, presented with warmth and exceptional thoughtfulness. Ronnie Ann’s an exceptional career coach who will make your search for work or a new direction in life easier, more fulfilling and effective.”
