So you’re thinking of leaving your job. And you have lots of great reasons. Ones you’ve thought long and hard about. Ones that make it clear you can’t stay where you are much longer.
I’ve been there myself many times. And many of my coaching clients have been there too. But over time I’ve found out something interesting: leaving may not be as good a solution as you think it is. Especially when the urge to leave is pushing you further and further out the door. At those times, we sometimes lose perspective.
Now you may be someone who should move on. And if so, I support that 100%. But what if — just maybe — there is another way? And just maybe there are some things you need to look at BEFORE leaving your job.
