Meetings can be one of the most time-wasting things you do at work. So someone needs to make sure they don’t go off into all kinds of directions. And wind up never getting to the original point. So I put together a basic sample meeting agenda to help you keep things on track.
Why an agenda? Well, a great agenda (with some added guideposts) can make all the difference. It can help the person running the meeting keep people on topic. And provides a roadmap for where you need to go. It can also help you realize when you get there!
